I LOVE seafood salad!!! I love how super easy it is to make and I can make it ahead of time and just munch on it whenever 🙂 You can add almost any type of your favourite vegetables to this salad. Normally my family will add carrots, celery and peppers. Since I’m allergic to raw carrots and celery, I’ll be a Plain Jane and just use the peppers.


  • Servings: 4-6

– I package of imitation crab meat
– 1 chopped bell pepper (red, green, yellow or orange)
– 2 cups of farfalle pasta (or most commonly known as bow-tie pasta)
– I package of Uncle Dan’s Creamy Ranch dressing mix
– 1 tsp of dill
– ¼ cup of miracle Whip
– 1 tbsp of olive Oil
– salt & pepper


1) Wash the imitation crab meat thoroughly before using.
2) Take a medium fry pan and add the olive oil to the pan and cook the crab meat on medium heat until lightly cooked. Set aside.

3) Bring a medium pot of salted water to boil. Add the pasta and cook until al dente. Drain and rise under cold water.
4) In a large bowl, add the cooked pasta and drizzle some olive oil over it.
5) Add the peppers, dressing, dill, miracle whip and salt & pepper
6) Combine the ingredients well and chill before serving
